Adapt Support Coordination is a registered provider of Support Coordination, operating in the picturesque Gippsland region of Victoria. A supportive management team enables us to offer Support Coordination services across Australia.

We are currently seeking to expand and are interested in discussing potential opportunities with YOU to join our team.

**About the Role**
- Experience in a Support Coordination role
- Strong understanding of the NDIS
- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a broad range of personalities, backgrounds and educational levels
- Ability to liaise with clients, families, community agencies and other professionals

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience handling budgets and administrative tasks with confidence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to manage own caseload with limited oversight and without direct supervision.
- Strong understanding and commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality

**Position Specific Requirements**

This position has the following specific requirements:

- NDIS worker screening check (or willing to get)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to get)
- Current Drivers Licence and fully comprehensive car insurance
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa
- Up to date Covid Vaccinations

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health, or other Health related degree
- First Aid/CPR
- Knowledge of the local area, providers, and supports available to NDIS participants (highly desirable)
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Records Management) system
- Genuine desire to provide the best quality support for people with disabilities
