**About the Role**

Working on a full-time basis from our client’s Edinburgh office, support the Senior Project Manager in gathering data and statements for suppliers. Match purchase orders and identify any discrepancies, and review payroll ensuring its accuracy before processing. Report fortnightly on job reports and a summary of profit and loss.

**Duties**
- Bookkeeping tasks in procurement
- Updating information into XERO
- Statement reconciliations
- Other ad hoc finance and administration duties

**Experience**

The role requires someone reliable with solid understanding of XERO and previous experience in bookkeeping. Impeccable attention to detail and ability to take instruction clearly are crucial to succeed in this position.
