**About the Company**

Davidson is the preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an AO7 Administrator to commence a temporary 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

**About the Role**
Are you passionate about making a difference in land transport safety and regulation? We are seeking a dedicated Adiministrator to join our dynamic Delivery team. This contract position offers an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing access, efficiency, and safety across the land transport network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Project Managers in delivering road safety, registration, and driver licensing business transformation projects.
- Adhere to best practice program/project management and executive support principles.
- Independently handle assigned activities, ensuring quality and meeting agreed timeframes.
- Provide a range of program/project or business support activities, including preparing reports, updating databases, and managing financial activities.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and briefing notes of medium complexity.
- Maintain effective relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist with office logistics, facilities management, and process preparation.
- Identify, report, and assist in rectifying potential delays, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with public sector legislation, standards, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality processes for administrative functions within the Program.
- Organize and manage program and project information effectively using online systems like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

**About You**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
- Proven experience in program/project support or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with public sector practices and procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or related fields.
