The Opportunity
AIA Australia has a fantastic opportunity for a Website & eCommerce Specialist to join our vibrant and high profile Direct Digital Propositions team. This exciting key role will see you driving the performance, maintenance and optimisation of AIA Australia’s corporate website and digital content across a diverse mix of responsibilities.
To do this successfully you will:
- Support the customer experience and proactively look for ways to optimise and personalise the digital experience
- Focus on updating and creating new content to drive onsite conversion
- Work with the analytics team to set up tagging and tracking of campaign activity
- Recommend page design and layout in accordance with SEO and global brand guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital content opportunities that support existing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal clients at all levels to unpack complex concepts and build trusted relationships
- Demonstrated experience working in a digital team with website or digital marketing experience.
- Prior experience using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics is highly regarded
- Can-do attitude and able to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead, influence, negotiate and engage at varying levels of the organization.
