**About the Role**

**The duties include**:

- Efficient call management, ensuring every inquiry is promptly directed to the right place.
- Accurate processing of both internal and online orders, adhering to company guidelines.
- Competent in managing order releases to the warehouse.
- Responsible for updating company systems with the latest information.
- Effective coordination with various departments and freight services for timely deliveries.
- Proficient in invoicing, account tracking, handling cash-on-delivery transactions, and customer database management.
- Versatile in handling general administrative tasks as needed.

**Additional areas for support**.
- When required, able to fill in for stores duties with quality picking/packing orders for dispatch in a timely and efficient manner.

**Selection criteria**

There is some essential criteria that you need in order to properly perform your duties, which are listed below:

- Proven background in customer service, specifically in a inventory based company.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills. Written and verbal in English
- Positive and proactive approach.
- Fast Learner
- MYOB EXO (company ERP System) knowledge is a plus.
- Worked in a warehouse / parts inventory environment
- Ready to take charge and infuse your expertise and professionalism into the role

**What's Next**

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
