**About the Role**

You will have highly developed time management skills, demonstrate analytical skills and have the ability to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in reviewing building plans, permits, approvals, subdivided properties and sales information within a government setting.

You will play an essential role within the team with your high level of attention to detail and effective communication contributing to our success.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to identify and work towards continuous improvement.
- Can demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in dealing with customer enquiries.
- Knowledge and understanding of property valuations, land use types and land subdivision processes would be viewed favourably.
- Experienced in maintaining accurate information and records within Council and Valuation** **systems.
- Can demonstrate attention to detail and ability to process high volume and repetitive data tasks.
