Customer Service Officer

Our Thomastown branch is looking for individuals who are willing to work with a collaborative and supportive team. We cater to our customers from 6 am to 4 pm so work either a 6 am to 2 pm shift or an 8 am to 4 pm shift.
To provide an overview of the role, you will be responsible for building relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service to our customers with duties including but not limited to;
- In-person and over-the-phone customer interaction
- Upselling and providing quotes to customers
- Completion of admin tasks and providing support to our account managers
- Managing and developing sales growth
**About your experience**:
It’s important that you are a strong problem-solver, and customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You are a goal-oriented and engaging team player with a customer-centric focus, who enjoy interaction with clients and stakeholders. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude.
To be successful in this role, you are someone who:
- Has an experience in a similar phone-based/in-person customer service role
- Able to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
- Can work well under pressure and can work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally has a Microsoft Office Suite & CRM system experience
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
