Priority Management Australia is a registered training organisation. We are most famous for our Working Smart methodology which maximises results whilst minimising effort. Using the technology your business relies on every day, we teach clients how to more effectively manage their workloads and time.

We are looking to employ a Sales Representative who will work alongside our Sales team to manage client existing client relationships and develop new business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Cultivate relationships with new businesses and introduce them to our training programs.
- Manage existing client relationships and generate more business opportunities.
- Engage in phone sales and conduct sales meetings.
- Perform business market analyses to determine customer needs and new opportunities.
- Implement strategic plans to improve client relationships and company’s revenue.
- Must have at least one year’s experience as a Sales Representative or equivalent title in the Educational Services Industry.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Have a good understanding and be proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools including Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote & Excel.
- Preferably have 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Have a demonstrated track record of working towards targets and achieving them.
- Experience using CRM systems and a general understanding of marketing would be preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to work remotely and effectively self-manage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, approachable and comfortable engaging with clients through different means of communication.
- Must be able to fly to Sydney for training and corporate events.
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Must be based in Melbourne. This role will be predominantly remote but may require in-person events or meetings, as well as travel to other Priority Management Australia locations.

**Salary**:
$75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation and bonus scheme

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
