So, what’s the job?

You'll manage the Group-level strategic risk assessment (“Group Total Risk Profile”) in close collaboration with senior risk owners.
You'll manage the annual cycle of strategic, operational, and compliance risk assessments, working together closely with local R&C teams.
You'll manage the Group-level incident process.
You'll monitor action completion for Group-level incidents and strategic risks.
You'll prepare the quarterly Group R&C report and support local R&C teams in preparation of quarterly and monthly reporting.
You'll prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
You'll continuously improve the reporting process with simplification and automation.
You'll support the Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer with ad-hoc requests and initiatives.

And what are we looking for?

You'll need five years of relevant work experience in insurance or financial services, with exposure to risk management, compliance, and/or audit being advantageous.
You'll need a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study or equivalent experience.
You'll find familiarity with insurance terminology, products, issuing systems, and distribution methods to be a plus.
You'll require advanced Power BI skills.
You'll possess an analytical mindset.
You'll have good communication skills.
You'll demonstrate attention to detail and discipline.
You'll be organized, systematic, and thorough.
You'll have the ability to stand up and hold firm.
You'll be solution-oriented.
