We are extremely excited to be partnering with such a wonderful training organisation who are passionate about helping others.
This newly created Office Management / Executive Assistant position will support the CEO, as well as create, implement and streamline policies and procedures throughout the organisation.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
Managing the very busy diary of the CEO;
Meeting and travel coordination and bookings;
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Managing the office including equipment, facilities and filing;
Creating some much-needed policies and procedures and implementing these throughout the business;
Data Administration and following up of internal paperwork;
Creation of business reports, spreadsheets, presentations and any further required documentation for meetings;
Recording meeting minutes, preparing agendas and following up action items;
Project support, budget tracking and assisting where you can to meet deadlines;
Administrative support to HR and Finance where required; and
Use of Microsoft Suite and the Google Suit, as well as ChatGPT.
**To be considered for this position, you will have**:
An interest in process improvement with the use of AI;
ChatGPT experience highly regarded;
EA experience including diary management and travel bookings;
Proven experience with implementing policies and procedures throughout a business;
Presentation and documentation creation, with the use of AI; and
Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for always looking for better and simpler ways of doing things.
