We have an exciting position, based in our Gisborne branch, and should appeal to customer service focused individuals ideally who have come from a background in automotive or insurance/administration.
Ideally you would fit either of these role and hours could be flexible for the right applicant: _Motor Loss adjuster_: This role could be full time or part time and would suit someone with automotive experience with strong administration skills
- Desk adjuster/Claims Technician:_ This is an office based role dealing direct with those who have suffered losses and need support through the claims process
Examples of desired skills and qualities for this role may include:
- Experience and/or qualifications in one of the following industries - panel beating/automotive or insurance/administration.- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills- IT competency- A willingness to be flexible for the business
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Management of a variety of insurance claims- Liaising with customers who have suffered a loss and need support through the claim process- Analysing cause of losses- Liaising with key stakeholders, including insurers, insureds, and contractors and other suppliers- Agreeing repair scopes and costs- Agreeing quantum of claims- Delivering claim outcomes
