**About the role**:
The Group Product Manager is accountable for creating a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics. In this role, you will be leading and driving the strategic direction of the Cloud** **product** **portfolio.
- Role and responsibilities:_
- Developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Defining the product vision, setting product goals, and making data-driven decisions to ensure the product portfolio meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.
- Identifying opportunities and drive innovation through market monitoring, analyzing competition and emerging technologies
- Utilizing OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for Cloud Engineering squads
- Leading and managing one or more product managers, product owners, business analysts and their respective squads as cross-functional practise / or chapters

**About you and your skills**:

- Extensive commercial experience as a Product Manager or similar with Delivery Management experience
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter / Technical Domain (in this case Cloud Engineering)
- Experience supporting digital / technology infrastructure / integration products in large, complex organisations; experience working in an enterprise organisation with a strong customer-centric focus (internal customers being primary focus)
- Cloud experience - including SaaS, PaaS and/or IaaS related product development or bespoke solutions implementation within corporate environment
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering, design/architecture, delivery and operations /service teams
