- Temp to Permanent Opportunity
- 8.00am to 4.00pm - 38 hour a week
- Monday to Friday

**The company**
A corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service diesel and natural gas engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Quality Manager you will work within a supportive team that is in charge of distribution and credit control. Duties included:

- Assisting in the creation of and resolution of claims for faulty parts that are received and require a refund for the business
- Following up with suppliers on short
- and long-term corrective actions for reported product quality defects
- Managing and maintaining updated records on all received customer claims in accordance with quality standards
- Managing and administering quality management systems and warehouse management systems
- Managing and administering quality claims until the final resolution
- Maintaining records on all received customer claims

**The person**
- You have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with MS Office software is a must
- Ability to work well and contribute in a team environment
