We are looking for a talented **Warranty Administrator** to join our team at our Scoresby, Melbourne location.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Analyse product issues to verify root cause of failure and associated progressive damage using Cummins published service information.
- Interpret the warranty administration manual to determine eligibility for warranty coverage and claim requirements.
- Identify items associated with repair that can be covered and communicate to stakeholders.
- Respond to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates.
- Process warranty claims and ensure warranty processes are followed and claims are entered accurately into required systems.
- Utilise a thorough understanding of the warranty administration manual, policies, procedures, and guidelines in order to provide advice by way of effective problem solving, coaching & training.

- An approachable, friendly personality.
- Previous exposure to the automotive/heavy commercial vehicle industry in trade-based or administrative roles.
