Join a dynamic organization committed to driving improvements throughout the community services. The highly-regarded NSW Government department are seeking a HR Project Specialist to assess current HR processes and design a practical HR plan for the business unit.

**The Job..**
In this newly created HR Project Specialist role, reporting into the CPO, your key accountabilities include:

- Contributing to the design, development, testing and validation of the updated probity and compliance plan.
- Developing a roadmap for transition and address potential risks/challenges through stakeholder engagement.
- Monitoring and reviewing protocols to implement improved reviews and reporting processes.
- Leading project coordination and delivery activities.
- Engaging stakeholders across all levels to manage change and transition.

**You..**
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

- Tertiary education and/or strong relevant experience in HR projects related to policy improvement and/or risk management.
- Proven experience within the public sector will be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
