As the Mater Research Project Officer, you will assist the education lead to coordinate the Stillbirth CRE’s clinical education program. Responsibilities will include project management, working closely with relevant education committees to provide timely and efficient administrative support, as well as administering education content updates on the Learning Management System (LMS).

**Salary Range: $79,454 - $85,619 FTE Base annual Salary plus superannuation plus access to not-for-profit salary packaging**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide high-level education program management across the CRE program
- Oversee the updating and administration of education content on the Learning Management System (LMS) for all Stillbirth CRE education programs and resources
- Working with the CRE Education committee chairs to build and maintain communications with key stakeholders in relation to CRE educational programs and resources Coordinate clinical education workshops and webinars, including liaising with local site coordinators
- Tracking expenditure to ensure budgets are on track working with the CRE Manager
- Assist with evaluation of educational programs including survey development, data analysis and preparation of reports
- Assist with preparation of progress reports against project funding requirements pertaining to educational programs
- Coordinate appropriate endorsement and accreditation of educational programs from the relevant professional colleges and organisations
- Attend relevant training programs and mandatory educational programs, workshops, conference and promotional functions
- Scoping for other education related projects, such as the National Stillbirth Research Register

**About you**

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

- Tertiary qualifications in public health or health-related science, or relevant experience
- Advanced skills in project management, including a demonstrated ability to plan and organise work efficiently to meet agreed deliverables across multiple projects. Project management experience in a research, health or tertiary setting would be highly regarded
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workload and to exercise judgement and initiative to undertake activities in a short timeframe
- Well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills for problem solving of operational challenges as well as improving or developing new or existing services
- Demonstrated ability to use communication skills to consult, negotiate, educate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed written communication skills including experience in the compilation, analysis and preparation of reports and submissions
- Meeting coordination and documentation skills including scheduling, minuting and follow up actions from regular multidisciplinary meetings

Desirable qualities include:

- Understanding of the clinical research environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, and/or experience in data exporting, analysis and evaluation of educational programs
- Endnote reference management experience
