As an APS 6 Public Affairs Officer, you will be an integral part of our small yet dynamic team, working together to develop and implement strategic communication plans and initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating communication contracts, engaging with external suppliers, and managing relationships with various stakeholders.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively in a small team to develop and implement communication plans and strategies.
- Effectively manage personal workloads within a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Coordinate the procurement and management of communication contracts, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including policy areas, media teams, and community organizations.
- Develop engaging communication materials for diverse audiences, such as social media posts, website content, videos, and accessible communication materials.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of strategic communication initiatives, including monthly social media reporting.
- Provide support to Communication Account Managers as required.
