Butcher

We’re searching for a passionate, skilled and self-motivated Casual/Part-Time Butcher to join our team and work across our Melbourne stores throughout the week.

**This role will be responsible for**:

- Cutting, grinding and preparing meats and meat products for sale.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Ensuring displays are enticing and signage is accurate.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products to uphold our high-quality standards.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Greeting and speaking to customers to determine their needs, providing advice on cuts of meat and preparation methods and accepting orders or payments.

**This role is suitable for a qualified butcher with 2-3 years’ experience.**
