recoveriescorp, has been recently acquired by Allegro Funds. The organisation is about to enter a growth phase that will see us target new markets in the BPO/Contact Centre space.

Working as a Client Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients that focus on retention and growth. You will develop a deep understanding of the client’s business to gain insight into their unique needs and desires for future performance. You will identify areas to strengthen the relationship through increased service offerings and provide solutions that allow both the client and recoveriescorp to achieve better results.

In this role, you will;
- Build and nurture strong client relationships that focus on long-term retention
- Develop solutions focussed strategies to strengthen and grow client portfolios
- Work closely with operational contact centre leaders to understand portfolio performance
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add value to the portfolio
- Provide clients access to engaging and educational industry insight sessions

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in a similar client relationship or operational leadership role
- Knowledge and understanding of the Contact Centre/BPO space
