**ORGANISATION CONTEXT**
At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by
work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early
intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can
recover and return to work as quickly as possible.

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE**
Establish and implement contemporary HR, WHS and payroll systems, policies and practices
that: () delivers RTWSA’s Workforce Strategy; () enable seamless delivery of our business
partnering approach; () supports and influences insightful decision making; and () contributes
to a positive organisational culture.

- Articulate clear links between RTWSA’s goals and strategy to
provide meaning and purpose for team members
- Actively share knowledge and insight to build the team’s
understanding of the business, customer pain points and service

- Develop and implement plans and initiatives aligned to RTWSA’s

performance objectives accordingly
- Establish and implement key HR service and operations policies,
procedures, processes (including development of end-to-end
process maps) and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure regular performance and development conversations occur
- Embed a culture of learning that uplifts the skills and capability of
- the team
- Manage team resources, systems, processes and financial
management.

- Accountable for the quality, accuracy and efficiency of HR service
delivery activities covering recruitment, on boarding, compliance
checks, contract development, WHS, exit processes, as well as
coordination of other employment processes in conjunction with
- Managers
- Ensure appropriate processes and systems are in place to support
all areas of HR activity
- Remain informed on contemporary practices, analyse key trends
and develop appropriate approaches
- Ensure targeted performance metrics and controls are in place that
are directly linked to service and operations performance, as well as
assessment of the customer’s experience
- Work alongside managers to ensure RTWSA’s ability to attract,
retain and manage highly engaged and committed employees
- Build leader and manager capability in relation to people
- management practices
- Contribute to organisational design and manage implementation
- Develop a comprehensive remuneration, reward, recognition and
benefits strategy
- Manage the payroll function and ensure appropriate payments,
