**About the role**

Our client is seeking an energetic, professional and ambitious Customer Care & Sales Consultant who will play a pivotal role in supporting the branch's sales and service operations through efficient booking and scheduling. Providing courteous and prompt service to customer inquiries and fulfilling requests, this role is the first key touch point to our clients business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive sales performance, consistently exceeding targets.
- Ensure accurate collection and entry of customer information.
- Schedule annual service calls for customers efficiently.
- Employ effective sales techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Actively promote products and service offerings to customers.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, collaborating effectively within a diverse team.
- Sales or outbounding experience (not essential but advantageous).
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Professional, outgoing and driven personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (essential).

**Benefits**
