**About the Company**:
One of the prestigious Royal Colleges in Melbourne is currently in the middle of a Dynamics implementation. The college is funded through memberships and is a specialist medical college with the objective of influencing health systems management and educating medical practitioners in the specialty of medical administration. The College has Fellows throughout Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and other overseas posts.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Business Analyst - Dynamics CRM Technical Specialist to join the business on a 6-month initial fixed term contract, who will partner with the technology teams, and key internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, implement, maintain, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions as part of our new Business Transformation Project Nexus. Potentially this role could be extended beyond the period provided.
- Complete user acceptance criteria
- Strong vendor management (vendor already selected)
- Hands on technical work with Dynamics365 data migrations
- Organisation change management documentation.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Technical experience with Dynamics 365
- Proven vendor relationship management
- High level skills and demonstrated substantial experience (minimum 4 years) as a Business Analyst utilising best practice and requirements management tools and techniques (e.g. use cases, user stories, swim lanes, requirements traceability matrix)
- MiroBoard and Confluence experience important
- Experience working with Medical Colleges on Education and Membership Programs or similar.
