**What You Will Be Doing**

This role provides opportunities for an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Speech Pathologist with skills and interest in working with children and families to contribute to improving developmental and educational outcomes for vulnerable children.
(Specifically children aged 3- 6 who are transitioning between kindergarten/ELC and primary school).
School Readiness Funding (SRF) aims to support the learning and development of children who need it most and address educational disadvantage through capacity-building activities.
Allied health professionals work in collaboration with educators and families, with the goal of improving outcomes for children in one or more of the three School Readiness Funding priority areas:

- Communication (language development)
- Wellbeing (social and emotional)
- Access and inclusion

**This role is suited to clinicians interested in flexible, part-time hours (0.4 - 0.6 EFT) or those who may wish to join the casual pool for potential leave relief opportunities.**

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Recognised tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Psychology and current AHPRA registration (for OT and Psychology)

Speech Pathologists must be eligible for practicing membership of SPA.
- Skills and experience in delivering services targeted at building capacity
- Experience working with children experiencing vulnerabilities
- Working with Children Check (Vic) and current Victorian Driver's License.
