The role is responsible for establishing and leading new regulatory reporting initiatives and managing the end-to-end delivery of these initiatives across existing and new regulatory reporting reports. The role will lead regulatory and data analysts in determining business and solution requirements as well as managing implementation and delivery for regulatory change. The initiative lead is also responsible for engagement with relevant stakeholders and ensuring the regulatory change is effective as an end-to-end process.

**The Delivery Lead ideally has the following experience**:
knowledge of APEA prudential and reporting standards particularly across Capital, Risk Management, Financial Statement and Economic and Financial Statistics standards.
a good understanding of ANZ systems, data, and products (or equivalent banking experience).
understanding of regulatory reporting solutions ideally with knowledge of reporting tools such as OneSumX.
a track record in delivery of regulatory change and leadership.

**Role Location**: Will be based either in AU, India or SG

**Role Type**: Permanent

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in delivering outcomes for regulatory reporting projects
Strong delivery focus experience and able to coordinate many moving parts to deliver an outcome
Expert stakeholder management relationship building
Agile ways of working
Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively - whether it’s a Gantt Chart, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint or something else
Background in process optimisation (e.g. lean/six sigma)
