Our client are a highly successful agency with a great track record of solid success in both Property Management and Sales. This multi-faceted, forward-thinking team have experienced significant growth and success in recent years due to their point of difference in servicing clients throughout the CBD area. Our client are seeking a well rounded, hard-working and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly team
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Work alongside a team of 10 experienced Property Manager's & Sales Professionals, providing day-to-day support in administration
- General Reception duties, answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, event preparation
- Organising sales marketing
- Preparing Form 6's
- Preparing Form 9's
- Assisting tenant and client walk-ins
- Data entry
- Key management
- Liaising with contractors
- Possess a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Australian drivers license
- Previous experience in Sales and Rentals
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
- Immaculate presentation
