The Role

We're looking for someone to join our team in a reception/admin role that plays a vital part in helping clients feel valued and supported. If you're looking for a flexible job with opportunities to learn about conveyancing, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients with a friendly smile, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the office and support the conveyancing team.
  • Answer calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and partners.
  • Assist with document management and office administration tasks.
  • Help ensure all client interactions are positive, professional, and run smoothly.
