Flying Start Family Day Care is seeking a suitably qualified person with great communication skills and knowledge of the National Quality Framework to work as an Educational Leader supporting FDC Educators within our team.

This is an opportunity to expand and deepen your knowledge of the early childhood sector in general, and the EYLF in particular. You will be working with experienced FDC educators and enriching your own knowledge and experience, which will strengthen you in your future career endeavours. You will also be managing your own Portfolios and developing your skills in that respect.

Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring the educational programming records of FDC educators
- Scheduling, attending, and facilitating quarterly one-on-one meetings with FDC educators
- Updating the Quality Improvement Plan with new evidence of practices and procedures relevant to the National Quality Framework
- Ensure EYLF and MTOP are demonstrated in educational programming records

Training will be provided.

Minimum 2 days a week in the office but very likely additional days from home.

We need a self-motivated, energetic and cheerful early childhood professional with excellent interpersonal skills and strong skills in training, supporting and monitoring, to ensure that our early years educators provide childcare services that meet the highest quality standards and statutory requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16 - 32 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
