Office Administrator Assistant

Millenium Kitchens & Vanities Pty Ltd, a leading kitchen joinery company, is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented **Office Administrator/Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow and exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the management and joinery teams.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
- Prepare invoices, quotes, and other correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering office supplies.
- Support project management tasks as required.
- Ensure effective communication between clients, suppliers, and team members.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in the joinery or construction industry is a plus).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanour.
