**_What you’ll be doing_**
The Program Support Officer provides a broad range of program, secretarial, administrative and project co-ordinator services, to support effective and efficient operations of Bowel and Cervical Screening Program teams
In this position you will manage each manager's diary, including assessing and initiating requests for appointments, negotiating appointment times, resolving diary clashes and arranging travel itineraries, accommodation and transport bookings to ensure efficiency.

In addition to base salary:
- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Experience in program and administrative support, including diary management, secretariat functions and administration to support HR people requirements;
- Administration experience in supporting procurement, contracts and licencing
- Experience in project coordination including preparation of project plans and writing of business briefs;
- Knowledge of computer-based document and records management systems.
