**We are now seeking Head of Campus for our Moreton Bay: North Lakes Junior Campus on a permanent full-time basis.**

**The School operates **through an outcomes framework, where individual targets are set for each student. These targets relate to wellbeing (personal circumstances, emotional capabilities, attitudes), academic (employability skills, qualifications, results) and vocational (experience and involvement and career management skills) goals.

The YMCA is seeking a Head of Campus, Moreton Bay: North Lakes Junior Campus who has the experience, skills and capabilities to lead a team to be both best practice YMCA Ipswich Campus and achieve the School’s strategic intent.

You will be an assured leader with a nurturing approach that is based on a genuine care for students and staff, their welfare and holistic development. Your interactions with students and staff will be warm and encouraging, setting the tone for the school environment. You will be passionate about delivering innovative, creative and sustainable wellbeing, academic and vocational outcomes for our students.

As Head of Campus you will be the face of the Campus, promoting the YMCA's values and mission through your actions, passion and excellent communication skills. Your ability to engage with staff and communicate with vision will allow you to drive a culture of collaboration, bringing staff along with you on a continual journey of improvement and drive for excellence.

The successful applicant will have a strong interest in the holistic person, a personal interest in well-being, health and fitness and values ongoing professional development.
