**Office Manager**

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established builder in the commercial construction industry located temporarily at the southern end of St Kilda Rd Melbourne moving to the heart of South Melbourne where brand new custom
- and purpose-built headquarters awaits in 2024. This role will be reporting to the Director and is set up to be a true linchpin for managing and maintaining an awesome office experience.

This role gives you the opportunity to work in a diverse and bustling company who are true leaders in their field. You will provide support and operational assistance to a range of multidisciplinary construction professionals and site-based personnel. Your ability to coordinate and manage varying expectations and daily workflows with multiple tasks and deadlines will be highly attractive for this position.

**Responsibilities**

As the Office Manager your tasks and responsibilities will include and are not limited to:

- Be the go-to person for all internal and site based employees and visitors
- HR support - onboarding & offboarding
- Company representative to external IT consultant
- Internal event management, BBQs, staff and project celebrations
- Office coordination tasks including reception/phone management
- Administration and PA support to two Executive roles
- Ad hoc support to the senior management tea
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Mail, Courier and Stationary management
- Organizing refreshments and catering when required

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a similar position as a solid multitasker
- Experience in the construction is desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritize and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent with people
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Excellent time management skills
