**Position Description**
- Collaborate to oversee all aspects of pub operations.
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle budgets, procurement, and reporting.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated staff.
- Plan and execute engaging events and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain high standards for service and product quality.
- Build strong local relationships to enhance the pub's presence.
- Generous starting salary of $120 - $140k + Super with KPI bonuses.
- 2 bedroom property next door furnished & pet friendly

**Position Requirements**
- Proven experience in pub or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen, including budget management.
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a close-knit, community-oriented setting.
- Current RSA and RCG certifications.
