**Case Worker**
**THE POSITION**:
**Stream Healthcare** is recruiting Case Managers for roles across Sydney and Regional NSW. We are looking for experienced and entry level Case Manager that have an interest or experience working with children. The positions will be working closely with the community to advocate and provide the best possible outcomes for service users and their families.
