**Core Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic hydrogen/methane breath testing on patients following established protocols, which includes clinic and patient preparation, sample collection, EFTPOS billing, stock management, and basic administrative tasks.
- Patient interaction, which includes explaining the test, performing the test, knowledge of test principles and result interpretation, and answering basic questions.
- Troubleshoot problems where required within areas of responsibility.

**Key Attributes**:

- Reliability, flexibility, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work both independently with initiative and problem-solving, and as a team member.
- Focus on quality, attention to detail, and positive patient outcomes.
- Science/Health background is preferred but not essential.
