Our store in Canberra is unlike many of our other branches and currently services one school, creating a sense of community and belonging between the staff and the school. We are currently seeking to hire a new Customer Service Team Member on a casual basis and encourage you to read below and apply

**Job Description**:
The position of Customer Service Team Member can include, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

- Customer engagement
- Providing advice on uniform items
- Counting and unpacking stock deliveries
- Picking and fulfilling online orders
- Restocking of store
- General store cleaning
- POS transactions
- Customer service/sales experience is preferred but not required
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Respect towards other people and customers
