Manager, Software Engineering

Our Payment Gateway Services division offers industry leading, global payment processing services and advanced fraud management solutions - for merchants, industry, partners and acquiring banks. We provide simplified payment processing through omni bank channels and flexible merchant integration. Our global and localised solutions support a wide range of payments methods: electronic wallets, online bank transfers and domestic bank cards. We do all this at speed while providing maximum data security through full PCI DSS compliance and sophisticated fraud prevention technology.

Role
- Take a product feature from concept to production using Scrum
- Leadership and management of a team of developers and testers
- Management of scope, schedule and quality of software deliverables through collaboration with the Product Owner and other stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring to grow the team's capability
- Contributing to the knowledge of the wider development group

All About You
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with managing development teams in a multi-team environment
- Experience with Scrum or SAFE in a commercial environment where high levels of performance, reliability and security are essential
- Experience in taking software from requirements to production in an automated CI environment
- Experience with a modern Java server technology stack and/or Javascript client technology
- Experience in test automation (desirable)
- Actively involved in your own professional development and skills growth
