SixthSense Agency is a boutique agency, we provide event management and waitstaff solutions throughout Sydney designed to set all senses alive. Our purpose is to provide personalized waitstaff and event solutions suited perfectly to client’s unique requirements.

**Mixologist Role**:
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Mixologist to join our team. As a bar staff, you will be primary working in one of Sydney's premier cocktail bars You can be also working in multiples location around Sydney, every day is a different venue, and you’ll have the opportunity to work in the most luxurious events and collaborate hand-by-hand with the most recognized suppliers in the industry.

**_ Qualities and requirements for this role:_**

**Key Requirements & Experience**:

- ** **Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card is** mandatory.**:

- **Previous experience - **as a mixologist you need to be able to serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and soft beverages to event guests. You should follow recipes and create basic & signature cocktail drinks.
- Helping with the rest of the service (if need it).
- A mixologist should also ensure their bar runs efficiently and that all patrons are satisfied with their drink orders.
- ** Demonstrate your skills - **ability to manage timeline and the bar operations.
- Customer Service - People's person - SixthSense for hospitality are the essence to be successful.
- Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry.
- Be up to date with current bar and industry trends.
- ** **Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

**Hourly rate -** Award rate plus extras based on your experience, performance, client feedback and SixthSense hospitality demonstrated.

**Availability & Reliability** - to be available Monday to Sunday is preferred, however the availability on **Thursday, Friday and Saturday** is mandatory for this role. Depending on business demands, you are required to be flexible, and you must be on time for your shifts.
