About the Role
**Responsibilities include**:
- Ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day activities of the Office of the Assistant Director-General coordinating the daily flow of business and providing confidential administrative and executive support to the Assistant Director-General.
- Arrange appointments, meetings and conferences including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation, and receive visitors and delegations to the Office.
- Provide support to the Assistant Director-General at meetings by preparing documentation, minute taking and follow up actions.
- Maintain effective and efficient liaison between the Office of the Assistant Director-General, the Office of the Director-General and the Minister's Office, senior officers of the department and other government representatives and external stakeholders on matters relating to the division.
