**The Role**:
- Due to ongoing success and growth, this leading supplier to the commercial construction industry is looking to expand it's Sales Support team.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Administration/Estimating Support Officer will provide a strong support to both the Estimating and Sales Administration teams across a variety of areas as needed. The role is fun and fast paced and revolves tightly around customer service and strong administrative organisation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining all core builder master price sheets via migration from CRM to Excel Database
- Investigation and follow up on all escalations, queries and issues from customers
- Provide administration support to sales team or as directed by Sales Manager
- Regular maintenance of accounts and PO queries - POS to PO cross referencing
- Working closely with Sales and Account Managers to ensure customer price files are current and accurate
- Regular attendance to meetings as directed by Sales Manager
- Procurement support - identifying best purchase price for margin improvements
- Collate, review and analyse Daily Sales Report - provide further information where requested
- Management of product deletions, discontinued products and replacements from core list
**Typical Skills and Experience**
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office or equivalent skills
- Possess a strong work ethic, be reliable and efficient
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with others
- Time Management Skills. The ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships with all internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and be able to deal with unplanned changes in priorities
