**_Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:_**
- Operates confectionery equipment;
- Mixes and/or cooks confectionery raw materials and/or ingredients in accordance with product recipes of specified flavour, texture and colour, without deviation whatsoever unless instructed otherwise by management;
- Ensures daily production schedule and targets are met in order to meet customer deadlines;
- Ensures all required production reports and documentation is completed correctly and on time;
- Monitor quality of work standards and ensure SOPs and work procedures are followed at all times;
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a safe manner and rotation requirements are observed;
- Participate in company related training;
- Check, clean and maintain cleanliness of confectionery equipment and machinery in line with HACCP rules;
- Use lifting devices where necessary for bulk movements;
- Report any food safety, quality issues or safety issues to Production Manager or nominated person.
