**About You....**

You are a talented bookkeeper with experience looking for a fun and flexible hours. You might be a mum who are looking for work while still be there for your kids drop offs & pick ups. You are someone who strive for excellence and take pride of your work ethics.

The following attributes and technical skills will help secure this role.

**Knowledge and Technical Skills**
- At least Certificate IV in bookkeeping or Accounting
- Bookkeeping / accounting basic knowledge
- Payroll & Superannuation Skills
- Some GST legislation
- Balance Sheet, P&L and General Ledger
- Preparation of BAS & IAS statements
- Payroll & Superannuation
- Xero
- DEXT/Hubdoc
- Project Management - Karbon
- MS Office - Outlook, MS Teams
- Great with Excel
- Familiar or willing to learn the trending App Stacks
- Technology Savvy
- CRM - Clickup / Asana

- Some level of leadership skills

**The role will involve**

Various levels of bookkeeping, depending on client requirements
- Processing transactions, reconciliation (AR, AP, GL)
- Payroll & Superannuation preparation
- Reviewing bookkeeping files for integrity
- Simplify & improve data capture and bookkeeping processes
- Month End Tasks
- BAS Preparation
- Month End Reporting

We are looking for people who are interested and invested in what they do, offer commitment to quality of work, a pro-active approach to tasks, leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.

We are extremely flexible with regard to the hours you work and we're open to a parent looking to work school hours or alternatively, possible progression to permanent position if this is right for you. This will be an onsite position and will be remote when suitable.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
