Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Procurement Reporting Officer on a contract for 12 months.
**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**_Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:_**
- Leading a small team including maintaining the integrity and quality of corporate data (from third party systems or within the Agency’s systems).
- Maintaining reporting/data management tools and systems.
- Working collaboratively to develop a suitable solution to complex issues based on available data.
- Designing and delivering training and support materials to internal clients.
- Acting as a central point of contact to resolve systems issues between the Agency and third parties.
- Providing content, advice and support for the Agency’s regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
- Developing a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
- Providing support to compliance reporting and ensuring that the Agency’s procurement activities are conducted in line with legislative requirements, the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and the Agency’s Procurement Policy to deliver value for money outcomes.
