**The Role**

Great opportunity for an Experienced Cleaner with some Management experience. Very good remuneration with Quarterly Bonuses if target are achieved

In this field-based role which entails cleaning construction sites throughout Sydney, an emphasis quality & reliable cleaning is essential. Your hands-on approach will ensure the delivery of service excellence.

While managing the day-to-day operational needs of cleaning the sites, you will foster positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our client’s expectations, and ensure that we add value to our client portfolio. A sound understanding of commercial cleaning operations, relationship building & service delivery is key to success in this role.

You will be required to travel to different sites so a valid drivers licence & suitable vehicle to carry ladders is essential as well as a Construction White Card.

Start Time & Date: please note start times will vary day to day depending on job schedules but are likely to start between 6 & 7am & finish mid afternoon. Some Saturdays & weekend may be required

**Duties include**:

- Construction site cleaning throughout Sydney, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, moping, window cleaning, rubbish removal, dusting and other duties as required.
- Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Strong focus on safety and ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and procedures
- On the job training will be provided, however previous cleaning experience is required & mandatory.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Physically fit
- Good Communication & organisational skills
- Smartphone
- Must have a drivers licence
- Must have a ute or van to carry long ladders
- You will have a strong work ethic, high standards and a professional attitude with an excellent eye for detail.
- Positive attitude towards safety and workplace well-being.
- Available Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements: Steel Cap Boots, Hi-vis shirt, current drivers licence and **construction white card and experience in constructions cleaning. **Must have a Ute or Van as you need to carry long extendable ladders to job sites

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
