**JOB TITLE: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Input and update information in document management systems or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Maintain and track different versions of documents, ensuring proper versioning and archiving of older versions.
- Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, teams, or departments, either electronically or in hard copy as required.
- Ensure that documents adhere to company standards, guidelines, and templates. Check for consistency, formatting, and completeness.
- Respond to requests for documents, locating and retrieving them from the document management system or archives as needed.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies regarding document handling, confidentiality, and data security.
- Generate reports on document management activities, such as tracking document status, usage statistics, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, managers, and stakeholders regarding document-related processes and updates.

**KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient in the use of MS office programs
- Familiar with administrative processes involved in document control.
- Previous working experience in a project document control position
