Located in the agriculture heart of Virginia, we are looking for an Accounts Receivables Officer to join and become a key member of the finance team.

Key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

- Preparing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Daily receipting of payments and transactions
- Daily and periodic invoicing and raising credit notes
- Ensuring all enquiries, quotations and customer issues are addressed promptly to satisfy customer and business expectations
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments and debts whilst maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting and supporting the finance department in all accounts and finance related duties
- Assisting sales department with customer account related enquiries where necessary
- Accounts Receivables experience 2 years +
- Accurate and fast data entry ability with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation and prioritising skills
- Ability to use initiative within the workplace
- Willingness to work within a team and independently when required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central is preferred
