- Complete service tasks to a high standard
- Trouble shoot electro-mechanical faults and provide solutions
- Source parts, accessories, and components
- Work together with site supervisors to complete repairs or installs
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Maintain good organisational and time management skills
- Provide excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with our customers
- Adhere to all health & safety operations
- Work flexibly if required (after hours including weekends)
- Be personable, able to take directions well and willing to learn
- Have the ability to think on your feet
