Goodstart is looking for a professional and energetic individual who has a strong customer focus, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to work within the Procurement team as a Purchasing Specialist. The role is based at our newly renovated Head Office in Murarrie, Brisbane (a hybrid work model may be implemented once fully trained in the role).

**About the role**:
Responsible for Support Centre Network staff and Centre Support Office with all enquiries regarding the Goodstart Epurchasing system.
Communicate with Suppliers on Delivery Issues when required.
Support Goodstart staff with Uniforms and Groceries queries including portal access, allocations and deliveries
Act as a support to the identical role in the Accounts Payable space during high volume periods (training will be provided)
Support the network with Goodstart Fleet queries including Roadside Assist, Insurance & general fleet queries and be the first point of contact regarding any motor vehicle incidents.
Building rapport with customers to ensure service excellence to resolve queries, problems or complaints.
Ensure that supplier queries and questions from centre staff and managers are investigated and reported on in a timely manner.
Continues to monitor, develop and implement systems and procedures.
Adjusts and resolves errors within the SAP system.
Completes admin tasks to a high level.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Gained previous experience within a finance / administrative / transactional environment
Have a strong customer understanding and positive communication skills
Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ideally hold a Cert IV Purchasing or equivalent TAFE Diploma of Purchasing
