Partnerships, Projects and Insights (PPI) is a growing team with an exciting future ahead. Over the past few years, we have helped the lives of people in NSW through initiatives such as Vouchers, Grant and Rebate Programs, Digital Identity & Verifiable Credentials, and have some great initiatives in the pipeline. Due to this exciting growth PPI is looking for Project Coordinators to join some of our various teams.

As a Project Coordinator at Service NSW, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. You are the glue that keeps the team going, the oil to keep the machine running..you get what we mean. You will work closely with our partner agencies and use your project coordinator superpowers to support and assist the project team in the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives.

You will share our passion for projects and innovation and wanting the best outcome for our customers of NSW. You will think big and work in a balanced team of like-minded individuals with a variety of skills, who share your passion.

**Your day to day**
- As the Project Coordinator you will provide a range of project management and support services
- Support the project leads
- Develop and maintain customers, stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations
- Prepare and maintain project related documentation
- Monitor and continually look for ways to improve

**About you**

**Strong experience in the project space.** You have strong experience in supporting diverse transformational and digital projects. You are a natural organiser and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love taking things from chaos to clarity — you’re a natural at understanding complex problems and communicating them simply to others.

**Excellent understanding of project management methodology.** You know what they are talking about when they drop words like sprints, discovery, risk management, budget forecast and lean business case. You have experience working in an agile environment and live and breathe project management.

**Strong time management and prioritisation skills.** Due to changing priorities, urgent requests, or a final push to meet a quarterly report, you face the daily challenge of where to focus your time and energy. You have a don’t give up attitude, and deliver, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks. You seize every opportunity and empower others to reach their goals along the way.

**Attention to detail.** You strive for excellence in everything you do. You’re pro-active, and own and drive pieces of work from start to finish. You identify the opportunities where you can make the largest impact, and you see it through. Often going out of your way to find the best solution possible.

**Outstanding communication skills.** You have amazing written communication skills and do not shy away from writing briefing notes, drafting correspondence with key stakeholders and creating meeting packs. Your attention to detail is next level.? You also have top notch verbal communications skills and can drive conversations into outcomes.?

**Customer-oriented and proud**. You are motivated by, and take ownership of, delivering valuable outcomes to your customer.

**Continuous improvement forever** You are a lifelong learner, always driven to improve processes and outcomes. You value closed feedback loops, and the concepts of iteration and incremental improvement.
