The successful Site Manager will be responsible for delivering residential build projects in the Canberra area. This is a role with the potential to develop into the most senior site specialist in the business and as such, hold a strategic position within the organisation where you can help steer the future development of the business as a whole.

As the Foreman you will be ultimately responsible for the on-site activities of all active site teams from a Time, Safety and Quality perspective. You will assist in the development of construction programs and provide leadership and mentoring to the Junior Staff under your tutelage, while working in a delivery capacity, initially on the smaller projects before stepping up to the larger, trickier projects.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Residential Site Manager
- Experience working for a dynamic and established builder
- This is a role that will see you further develop within the business so stability with former employers is essential
- Must have worked for a reputable residential builder in a major Australian city
- Outstanding leadership and commercial skills
- Autonomy and drive are core values of this contractor so if you like to paddle your own canoe and have the courage and knowledge to make confident, critical decisions this would be a great place to work for you
- Must have full working Australian rights,

In return for your expertise you will be rewarded with a salary of circa $100K-$130k package and be given the opportunity to drive the business unit to further success in a leadership role.
