**Purpose of the Role & The Team...**

The Small Business team are accountable for all aspects of the segment performance at Optus, driving the key sales, customer, revenue, and financial outcomes for the business. The team is unified by driving outstanding customer experiences for small businesses and delivering strong results for the brand. These results are achieved through these essential functions.

Understanding the segment insights and developing compelling value propositions based on those insights. The customer and P&L performance, and all drivers that contribute to that. All business sales channels, both solely business and consumer-focused, partnering in a strategic manner to drive the right focus and capability to support our customers.

The Go-To-Market strategy and execution, and finally, setting the strategic direction and priorities for Small Business across the whole organisation, partnering with Marketing, Service, Delivery, Sales, and other areas to achieve. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager is a meaningful role within the Enterprise and Business team. It is a key operational role, with overall accountability for ensuring the effective delivery of relevant, business marketing propositions, offers and campaigns in a timely and impactful manner.

This role suits an analytical and logical problem solver who prides themselves on customer-first thinking and brings a solution mentality to a variety of business challenges. You must have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with a passion for driving great customer experiences.

As a big focus for this role is managing a variety of stakeholders, critical skills are influencing and persuading across all levels. The ability to understand and execute on stakeholder requirements. Highly effective communication. Positive relationship skills to achieve outstanding collaboration within the business and all external partners.

You will be a customer champion across all touch points and there will lead teams of functional experts to deliver GTM initiatives. Whilst this role has no direct leadership responsibilities, it does have significant cross-functional influence, and with that, strong leadership skills are a crucial to success.

- Flawless collaboration skills to get things done as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Demonstrating strong customer focus and continually looking at ways to optimise performance, be that customer, process, technology, or results.
